The opportunity
  • A long-term Learning Support Assistant opportunity which is likely to become permanent.
  • Working in either Key Stage 1 or 2, supporting pupils who require additional assistance within the classroom or supporting children within the SEN resource base.
  • Develop a career in Education working alongside experienced and qualified SEN professionals.

About you
  • You have experience supporting pupils with a range of needs within an EYFS, Primary or Secondary setting.
  • You have a proactive mindset and the ability to think on your feet during challenging situations.
  • You demonstrate professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive matters which might include personal care.
  • Most importantly, you have a genuine passion for working with children with SEND and a desire to build long-lasting, rewarding relationships.
