We are seeking a dedicated and passionate QTS Tutor to join our team in Barnet. The successful candidate will provide high-quality tutoring to students, helping them achieve their academic goals. This role is ideal for educators with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) who are looking to make a difference in a flexible part-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions.
- Tailor lessons to meet individual student needs and learning styles.
- Prepare and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned content.
- Track and report on student progress.
- Offer feedback and support to help students reach their full potential.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Previous tutoring experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the UK curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.

To be eligible for the LSA role through Prospero Teaching you must:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
