Role Overview:As a CNC Machinist Technician, you will be responsible for operating CNC machine centres, ensuring quality standards and production targets are met. You will play a key role in process improvement and maintaining efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate CNC machine centres to achieve required quality and output.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
- Identify and report any delays affecting production.
- Follow daily production targets to maintain stock levels and prevent delays.
- Ensure no faults are passed to the next stage and escalate any concerns.
- Apprenticeship trained in CNC Machining or a relevant discipline.
- Previous experience with CNC programming and parameters.
- Overtime premiums.
