An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a large manufacturing business as the site HSE lead, this is a critical role to the site and will be a combination of day to day and the longer term strategy for site.
You will create the business-wide initiative of higher health and safety awareness and engagement at all operational levels, driving a positive, effective health and safety culture, proactively engage with Management teams at all levels of the Business to ensure ownership and accountability for HSE improvement as well as the development of the company wide performance indicators, focus on leading indicators, including annual improvement targets.
The successful candidate will have led he HSE agenda within a FMCG environment, be Nebosh qualified and have the ability to engage a workforce to embed a safety culture across a large site
