Duties

  • Managing the purchase and sales ledger
  • Assisting with credit control
  • Overseeing payment runs
  • Maintaining accurate records of timesheets for a team of 51 engineers
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations
  • Undertaking general filing and administrative tasks
  • Collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure seamless communication and coordination

The ideal candidate

  • Excellent proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with Sage (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills
