We are recruiting for an exciting position of Facilities Account Manager - Europe division for a growing company based in Basildon. This company specialise in providing reactive and planned maintenance to national high street retailers of specialist designer brands, as well as other clientele. They have been an expert in their field for over thirty years and are a well-established company who have a great team dynamic and due to many major contract wins are regularly growing and expanding. Due to this growth and having moved to new modern serviced offices, they are now looking for an experienced, dynamic, motivated individual to fill this core position looking after a large client covering Uk and Europe.

We are looking for someone with Senior Facilities Management experience (planned and reactive), ideally within the retail sector. Someone who is a passionate and aspiring person to provide full Account Management to their client. Your focus will be to ensure the efficient day to day running of the account , ensure everything follows the correct processes, when completing jobs, updating, further works etc whilst providing quality customer service and assistance.

This is a a warm and friendly medium sized company. We are looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join them who has planned and reactive maintenance coordinating experience.

Do you have extensive experience within a Facilities/Maintenance Coordinator role, or have you scheduled for Engineers before? This is a busy buzzy role where you will look after a large account and contractors in Belgium, netherlands and luxemburg.

You will liaise with lots of different end users from Senior Managers to Engineers and subcontractors. Based in a friendly department, this will suit someone organised with a background in Facilities Maintenance.

Duties:

• Reacting to facility issues or repair requests and raising jobs on the internal system.

• Monitoring inboxes

• Coordinating Engineers appointments

• Problem solving and working through queries

• Working on planned and reactive maintenance requests

• Checking progress and updating clients • Producing purchase orders closing calls

• Preparing quotes
