I am delighted to be working with a well established business based in Basildon to recruit a Business Development Executive. The client is seeking driven, passionate and target driven sales professionals to join them on their exciting growth journey.

As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

- Business development through telephone, in-person and email on a day to day basis through new leads and lapsed clients

- Working as part of the Sales and Marketing team to enhance the brand and align the right offering to clients from enquiry to final sale

- Working to team and individual targets and KPI's

- Processing orders and quotes for customers

As the Business Development Executive, you will have the following experience:

- 1+ years of working within a business development and target driven role (different sectors will be considered)

- Experience of working in a fast paced environment as part of a commercially minded business

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Experience of both lead generation and converting inbound leads
