We are currently looking to recruit a Document control / Administrator person for a building contractor based in Essex

The role will be office based full-time (No remote working )

Office hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

To be suitable for the role you will need to have:

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller / Administrator or in a similar role within the Construction or Facilities Management industry.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple documents simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
