The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Assistant Manager to assist in managing daily nursery operations and ensuring high standards of childcare. You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities that foster learning and development.

  • Supervising and mentoring nursery staff to maintain a high-quality, inclusive, and stimulating environment.

  • Assisting in managing nursery operations, ensuring compliance with policies, safeguarding regulations, and best practices.

Contract Details:

  • Permanent position

  • Hours per week: 40

  • Weeks per year: 52

Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Qualifications: A minimum Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare Qualification (or higher, such as Level 5).

  • Experience: Post-qualification experience working with young children.

  • Safeguarding: An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one if your current certificate is not registered with the Update Service).
