If you thrive on providing excellent customer service and enjoy being the backbone of a sales operation, this role is perfect for you!

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our sales processes run smoothly. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Managing portals for our newly acquired nationwide customers.
  • Processing all sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating equipment and installations with precision.
  • Handling new rental agreements and supporting related processes.
  • Monitoring and tracking sales orders for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicating effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to swiftly resolve any issues.
  • Supporting the sales and service team with various administrative tasks.
  • Keeping our CRM system updated with accurate customer data.
  • Monitoring inventory and keeping the team informed on stock availability.
  • Chasing overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with all our customers.
  • Ensuring all company processes and standards are adhered to.
  • Staying updated on company products and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in sales support or administration.
  • Confident and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including CRM systems and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • The capability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including problem-solving abilities.
