KM4HR are exclusively recruiting a People Operations Manager for a high growth, business service led organisation based in the Basildon area. This role is perfect for an existing HR Manager/Senior HR Advisor looking for a hands-on role with a very promising career development opportunities, delivering the perfect mix of both operational and strategic responsibilities.

This role has been created to provide operational support to c.100 employees with adhoc strategic support for the senior leadership team. While this will initially be a People Operations Manager there is scope for this role to develop into a Head of HR in the not too distant future.

With the business focussed on organic growth and acquisitions to strengthen the company portfolio, you will lead the employee lifecycle covering all aspects of employee relations through to policy review and supporting the onboarding and alignment of staff hires and transfers.

Other areas you will be involved in include; reward, payroll (overview only), HR projects including an initial HR audit/review, employee experience, engagement & culture management.

Ideally having worked in a similar, fast paced SME business you will be driven to perform at the highest standard and be willing to put yourself in the middle of all HR related tasks. Whilst this is a standalone role you do have the full support of the Board and will be given access to every tool needed in order to establish the HR function successfully.
