Our client, a well-established organisation are looking for a Payroll Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the reconciliation and posting of the monthly payroll journals into the Finance system
  • Business partner with Group Reporting team to ensure payroll and pension balance sheet costs are reconciled in accordance with company policies and procedures..
  • Support with the monthly compliance reviews for NLW across all payrolls in relation to salary sacrifice for pensions and flexible benefits.
  • Assist with year end reconciliation and software updates for the new tax year.
  • Mange the online expenses process and complete compliance checks to ensure claims are being submitted in line with company policy.
  • Assist with the preparation of data requirements for internal and external audits.
  • Provide support with payroll related projects, system enhancements and upgrades to improve efficiency within the payroll service.
