Job Title: AV Engineer / LED Technician

Location: Basingstoke

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company van, fuel card, healthcare, pension

Job Purpose Summary:

The AV Engineer will primarily involve carrying out the installation and commissioning of LED a digital signage displays within the UK and overseas where required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onsite installation and commissioning of LED displays
• Configuration of media servers (Novastar, Brompton, Colorlight)
• Assemble AV rack equipment on site
• Supervise subcontractors during installations
• Assist in project documentation for handover to service team
• Provide training to installation partners and customers
• Troubleshoot LED systems onsite and remotely as needed
• Assist in customer product demo setup and troubleshooting

Experience and Skills Required:

• Prior experience as an AV Engineer with direct LED digital signage knowledge.
• Proven experience with media servers such as Colorlight, Brompton and Novastar.
• Understanding of construction and AV System drawings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel and work away from home up to 50% of the time
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a variety of environments, including cold/hot weather, small spaces and at height.
• Work occasional nights and weekends
• Full UK Driving Licence - Valid
