Description
- Process and manage company's invoices and financial transactions.
- Reconcile accounts payable and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of payments and transactions.
- Manage vendor relationships and handle payment inquiries.
- Assist with month-end closing and annual audits.
- Comply with financial policies and procedures.
- Participate in professional development and team building activities.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a relevant field - not essential
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for finance - ESSENTIAL
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
