CNC Miller - Setter
Salary: £15ph - £18ph (Depending on experience) + Late shift premium.
Location: Basingstoke
Schedule: Permanent, Full time.
- 40 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, 2pm - 12.30am.

Company profile:
Our client is a well-established precision engineering company, who specialise within the design and manufacturing of high precision components. Due to continued growth, our client is now seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable CNC Miller - Setter to join their team.
Essential Experience/ Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience in the same/similar role.
- Knowledge of Fanuc controlled CNC mills an advantage.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Positive can-do attitude and willing to learn.
- Accurate numeracy skills and attention to detail.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Setting and operating CNC mills with Fanuc controls.
- Selecting correct tools, fixtures and programs for CNC machines.
- Re-setting machines for operators when required.
- In cycle and final de-burring prior to passing on to the next stage of production.
- Carry out in-process inspection to drawing specification using a variety of measuring equipment e.g., micrometres.
- Minor machine maintenance, cleaning machine and own area at end of your shift.
- Adhere to AS9100/ISO9001 QMS, Route cards and work instructions.
- Undertake other appropriate assigned duties by the Production Manager.
- Inform the Production Manager of any relevant problems that could affect production.
