Reassured Ltd is the largest non-advised life insurance intermediary in the UK with established locations in Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Southampton, Manchester, Bristol, Bournemouth and Chester.

We launched our new Advised business offering in 2021 and continue to grow our sales and support teams across the entire business this year. We arrange over 15,000 new customer life insurance policies per month with leading sales conversions and customer satisfaction metrics. The business is outbound, B2C sales from internet generated customer enquiries.

This role will involve delivery of induction, sales development training, conduct and compliance training and coaching. Training will be delivered in line with Reassured corporate culture and values, taking into account all regulatory responsibilities. As a Regional L&D Partner you are expected to be highly professional, a good communicator at all levels and highly driven to support the success of our employees across all departments.

Responsbilities

  • Supporting our stakeholders in ensuring the implementation & compliance of Consumer duty requirements
  • Delivery of induction training (either face to face or virtual classrooms)
  • Supporting and guiding sales agents from induction to probation
  • Creating and updating training materials as required
  • Conduct development reviews and coaching sessions with your learners
  • Ad-hoc training requirements, including soft skills, sales training, leadership development or product specific training
  • Call listening and feedback relating to sales agents’ performance
  • Liaison with key stakeholders to ensure training requirements meet business needs
  • Ensuring FCA regulatory training is delivered accurately and to the highest standards
  • Creation of and updating training records
  • Project work as required by the Head of Learning & Development
  • Planning and preparation of training programmes
  • Management of employees eLearning through the learning management system
  • Support and promote a culture of learning and development across the business

Knowledge

  • Intermediate IT ability (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Protection Insurance product knowledge (desirable)

Essential Experience

  • Experience of working successfully in a fast paced, targeted, and regulated telephone sales environment
  • Reporting into a HR or Team People function whilst working collaboratively with a sales operation
  • Team player but with the ability to achieve individual success
  • Demonstrable success in a demanding yet rewarding learning and development function
  • Creative and engaging style of training delivery

Desirable Experience

  • Insurance or financial service sales
  • Leadership development training
  • Working within an FCA regulated environment
  • Delivery of virtual classroom training using Microsoft Teams

Qualifications

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • CIPD lv3 or TAPS qualified trainer (desirable)
