Care Coordinator Salary :- £25,000 plus Performance Related Bonus!This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Domiciliary Care Supervisor / Team Leader or Field Care Supervisor to progress to the next step in their career. If you're passionate, motivated and compassionate to achieve the highest standards in social care this role would suit you!Our client has two successful offices in Basingstoke, Hampshire and East London. This opportunity will be situated in their Basingstoke, Hampshire office which covers the local surrounding area. Our client is a provider of Domiciliary Home Care to individuals in their own home promoting independence and dignity for their service users. If you are not yet a Domiciliary Care Coordinator but have previous experience in the following:-- Domiciliary Care- Call Scheduling- Care Coordinating- Care Plans- Rota’d On Call Service- Spot Checks- Administration- Auditing & Compliance- Safeguarding- Risk Assessments- Supervisor/Team Leader (Beneficial though not essential)Our client offers full training & support, plus a clear development plan to Registered Care Manager.The successful candidate will demonstrate an excellent attention to detail, provide the utmost customer service at all times, actively champion the brand/service of the business and be able to communicate clearly both written & verbal to:- Services Users, Social Workers, Relatives, Key Parties. Demonstrate ability to follow CQC Regulations and Safeguarding procedures. In return you will receive full support from the Management Team.
