Position Summary
We are seeking an AV Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience to lead and oversee the execution of AV integration projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering AV projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong technical expertise in AV systems, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end AV integration projects, including planning, design, installation, testing, and commissioning.

Develop project timelines, resource plans, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and installation teams, to deliver projects successfully.

Oversee site surveys, system design reviews, and risk assessments.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Manage project documentation, including SOWs, change orders, and project close-out reports.

Track project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement corrective actions.

Conduct post-project evaluations and ensure smooth handover to support teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience

3-5 years of experience managing AV projects in a professional services or integration environment.

Proven track record of successfully delivering AV/IT projects on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of AV technologies, including video conferencing, control systems, signal distribution, and networking.

Experience with AV manufacturers such as Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Cisco, Yealink, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.

PMP, CTS, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
