My client, a successful Commercial Vehicle Repair Group are looking to recruit an experienced Aftersales Manager to join their team in Basingstoke.


As an Aftersales Manager / Service Delivery Manager / Fleet Manager / Service Manager / Commercial Vehicle Manager / Depot Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the aftersales operation, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and driving profitability within the division.

Key Responsibilities for the Aftersales Manager / Service Delivery Manager / Fleet Manager / Service Manager / Commercial Vehicle Manager / Depot Manager:

  • Lead and manage the aftersales team to ensure effective service delivery, meeting operational targets, and customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Oversee the maintenance of quality standards in repairs, servicing, and diagnostics.
  • Develop and implement aftersales strategies to maximize efficiency, improve customer retention, and drive sales.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and take corrective action when necessary to achieve targets.
  • Manage and report on service schedules, repair bookings, parts orders, and warranties.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within all aftersales activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement through training, development, and performance management of the aftersales team.
  • Liaise with the operations and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

The successful Aftersales Manager / Service Delivery Manager / Fleet Manager / Service Manager / Commercial Vehicle Manager / Depot Manager will possess:

  • Proven experience in an aftersales or fleet management role, ideally within the commercial vehicle sector.
