REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established Law firm for a permanent receptionist.

As a Receptionist your duties will include but are not limited to:

Greet and welcome clients and visitors
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
Be mindful of health and safety, removing risks for slips, trips and other risks and also explain our policies around fire alarms, meeting points etc.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring smooth coordination.
