Our client adopts a hybrid working model of 2 days per week on site, and 3 working from home.

Responsibilities of the Management Accountant will include but not be limited to:

Assisting with preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting monthly figures.
Preparing, reviewing and processing journals and calculating accruals and prepayments.
Analysing and authorising employee expenses, managing an online expenses portal.
Supporting with preparing balance sheet reconciliations, bank balances and other financial controls.
Assisting with annual auditing process, and year-end finalisation and balance preparation.

Your Profile:

Part-qualified to newly qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
Strong proven experience with month end financial reporting processes.
Confident and self-motivated individual, with the ability to manage your own time effectively and work well under pressure and to deadlines.
A team player, able to manage strong working relationships internally.
Strong MS Excel skills and experience working with an ERP system are essential.

In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of between £35-45k dependant on experience plus excellent benefits including 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays) and an employee bonus scheme.
