REED Business Support Bath is seeking a Customer Appointments Co-ordinator for a Bath based business.

ASAP start

6-7 month contract (could be extended)

Monday - Friday, 37 hours

Hybrid (2 days home, 3 days office)

£27,431 (pro rata - 6-7 months)

The successful Customer Appointments Co-ordinator will have a proven background in Administration, Customer Service and Scheduling along with excellent IT skills. You will have the ability to switch from one system to another.

Typical duties include:

  • Assisting customers with their queries and issues
  • Responding to customers to ensure their enquiries are dealt with promptly Maintaining communication with customers until their issue is successfully resolved
  • Communicating with customers about complaints to provide positive resolution, feeding back any learnings identified to your manager
  • Liaising with colleagues to ensure customer commitments are achieved
  • Provide a high-quality customer service to both customers and colleagues, resolving associated enquiries and requests promptly
  • Ensuring all communications with customers are accurately recorded onto the company’s management systems in a timely manner
  • Monitoring all communication channels and responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Administering invoices
  • Supporting other administrative colleagues as requested by the Senior Leaders
  • Providing reports of activities, gathering information from managers, colleagues, files and IT systems  

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Evidence of providing high quality, customer focused services that deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Experience of scheduling appointments in a busy, every changing environment
  • Evidence of providing administrative services within an organisation which deals with large volumes of varied transactions and a complex customer base
  • Demonstrate a good level of numeracy, literacy and IT skills
