Morgan McKinley are working on behalf of a highly respected global organisation find an Accounts Payable Clerk

Are you looking for a new role where you can develop your accounting skills, gain exposure to a variety of financial processes, and work within an inclusive, collaborative environment? If you have experience in accounts payable, a basic understanding of VAT, or are currently studying AAT, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Registering incoming supplier invoices and processing them efficiently
Handling varrious invoices from the company's main provider
Managing employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policy and tax regulations
Resolving external queries via email and phone
Performing supplier statement reconciliations
Processing credit card expenses

What We're Looking For:

Accounts payable experience, or a keen interest in developing your skills in this area
A basic understanding of VAT (ideal but not essential)
An AAT studier or someone willing to develop their qualifications in this area
Motivated, flexible, and eager to learn new processes
