Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant or Behaviour Mentor looking to make a real impact in education? A fantastic primary school in Bath is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team on a full-time basis.
As a Behaviour Mentor in this Bath-based school, you'll play a key role in supporting SEN pupils to enhance their behaviour and engagement with learning. This is a rewarding opportunity to help students thrive and reach their potential.
Your Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering small group activities and interventions.
- Monitoring pupils' progress in their learning.
- Working collaboratively with other TAs and the Support Team.
- Providing consistent encouragement and support to SEN pupils.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS.
- Experience as a Behaviour Mentor in UK schools.
- Reside in or near Bath.
