Your new schoolThis Bristol Infants school are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their large team from January for the remainder of the 2024/25 academic year. They are looking for a flexible Teaching Assistant who has experience and can provide additional support for pupils.

Your new role

For this Teaching Assistant job in Bristol you will have experience supporting within EYFS and a sound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum. You will be providing small group support to 3 pupils alongside another Teaching Assistant. The pupils have additional support needs and require assistance through their school day.As a Teaching Assistant you will be working closely with the class teacher and SENCo of the school.

What you'll need to succeedYou will have specific school-based experience in primary ages supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and as a general classroom assistant. You will have experience running intervention sessions.It is desirable to hold NVQ 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification What you'll get in return
