Behaviour Mentor - BathImmediate Start - Full-time Position£85-£95 per day

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Behaviour Mentor at a mixed primary school in Bath. The role is full-time, starting ASAP, and will run until the end of the academic year, with potential for an extension.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students in the school's Study Support Centre, providing tailored support to pupils who require additional assistance with behaviour and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver small group activities/interventions
  • Monitor and track the progress of pupils in the Study Support Centre
  • Work collaboratively with other Teaching Assistants and the Support Team to implement strategies
  • Foster positive relationships with students to improve behaviour and engagement

The role is ideal for an experienced Teaching Assistant or Behaviour Mentor looking to take on more responsibilities and further their experience in supporting students with complex needs.

Pay: £85 - £95 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS
  • Experience as a Behaviour Mentor/SEN Teaching Assistant in UK schools
  • Located in Bath or within a commutable distance
  • Motivated to make a difference to pupil with SEN
