Job Purpose

  • Manage a varied portfolio of clients, overseeing workflow, deadlines, and budgets
  • Oversee the preparation of accounts
  • Oversee tax assignments, delegating work and monitoring team performance
  • Handle complex accounts, resolving tax issues quickly and effectively
  • Lead a team of accountants, reviewing work, providing constructive mentorship, and motivating those around you
  • Closely monitor deadlines to ensure compliance with all financial regulations
  • Work collaboratively with Managers, Partners and Directors to ensure service excellence across the firm
  • Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, proactively handing queries
  • Review processes and implement more efficient ways of service delivery
  • Win new work from existing and prospective clients, developing relationships by building your network
  • Set an example to junior staff as a hands-on senior manager
