Manager (Financial General Practice) Progression

£55,000 to £65,000 + Progression + Holiday + Pension + Training + Hybrid

Are you a Manager in General Accounting or financial practice with both audit and accounting experience, who wants to work in an independent and growing practice group who values and progresses their staff?

Do you want to be a pivotal part of the business, own and develop a portfolio of clients, manage, and develop your team, while having the potential to develop your career within the practice long term, collaborating closely with the partners of the practice?

On offer is an opportunity to join an established independent financial practice with offices across the Southwest, boasting an excellent reputation, working with a wide range of clients from SME's up to £25 Million turnover. In this role you will run and grow a portfolio of clients, manage the team, report to the partners, while ensuring audit, accounts and tax work is completed to high quality. You will meet and manage client relationships while developing the expertise and skills of your team.

The ideal candidate lives commutable distance to Bath, is ACA, ACCA qualified or similar, comes from large or small practice, wanting to grow their career, has a full drivers license and own car to be able to commute to clients.

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or similar.
  • UK accounting, audit and tax practice experience
