Juice is delighted to be supporting a valued client in their search for a Planning and Logistics Controller.

This role plays a key function in co-ordinating, controlling and developing all inventory and stock activities.

DAY TO DAY:

Scheduling jobs and reviewing service orders

Preparing and co-ordinating quotes, ensuring correct margins are applied

Raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and field service engineers

Maintaining client control where required

Managing the stock take portfolio schedule for spares, working with other internal teams to ensure spares are delivered on time

Highlight any discrepancies

Identify shortages in contractual spare numbers, gaining approval,

Own, manage and improve spares and reporting

Manage and maintain inventory

Control costs within budgets, liaise with suppliers, raise purchase orders and track orders

Liaise with engineers to understand forecasted equipment requirements, maintaining high levels of customer service at all times

Liaising with couriers to arrange collections and deliveries

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

A background in renewables or electrical industry

Excellent IT skills to include MS Office and Intermediate Excel

Able to communicate at all levels

Stock / inventory or audit experience

Strong commercial background

Experience in scheduling jobs
