Juice is delighted to be recruiting a brand new role to support an established property portfolio.

This role is a hands on and on-site and requires good people skills in a face to face capacity. Confident driving skills are essential to visit locations in Wiltshire, Gloucester and the Bristol area.

Typically, the role would involve 2-3 days per week on site and 1 day WFH.

DAY TO DAY:

Co-ordinate customer move ins and move outs, including performing inspections, addressing maintenance issue and doing everything to make sure properties are let to a good standard

Visiting homes, meeting tenants

Preparing inventory reports and 'move out’ reports

Identifying remedial work and liaising with customers over timescales, managing any disputes over deposits

Weekly site visits, ensuring good standards of maintenance, ensuring proactivity at all times

Occasionally organising and facilitating events to encourage a sense of community

Reviewing feedback and surveys, taking time to understand any root cause analysis

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

Property management experience

Stand out customer service skill and good all round people skills - through retail / hospitality

An ability to act independently and unsupervised

Car owner / licence is essential (expenses re-imbursed)
