Overall role:- This post will report to and support the PA to the CEO, who manages the HR function, and Directors, as well as working closely with other departments across the Company.Responsibilities * Provide admin support to the PA to the CEO and Directors * Assist with the preparation of HR reports* Compile reports for management* Maintain employee records* Manage and update HR databases (new hires, leavers, holidays and absences)* Attend meetings and take notes* Book business travel and accommodation* Assist with general office tasks when requiredPerson Spec (Skills/Knowledge and Experience required)* Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times, especially when dealing with personal and sensitive data and information* Outstanding organisational and time management skills and the ability to multitask* Have the ability to meet tight deadlines and handle changing workload priorities* Ability to be proactive and take initiative* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* High level of computer literacy, including the Microsoft Office Suite* Ensure prompt and efficient responses to actions* Present the company with integrity and professionalism at all times* No previous HR experience required, but enthusiasm to help and engage with colleagues and contribute to the Company's mission, values and growth.
