Our client, an exciting and innovative company based in Beaconsfield, is looking for a fluent German speaker to join their team and be part of their growing organisation. Clients include Google, Starbucks and Tiktok! Due to huge growth, they're looking to recruit a bright, customer focused candidate who can help them manage day to day customer service and admin activities.
This is a full time role - Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm however our client will also consider a 3 day working week.
Full training given.
Duties include
- Supporting European account managers
- Handling German and Swiss phone calls and web chats
- Booking travel
- Document management
- Updating the CRM system
- Sending out Trustpilot review requests
- Completing booking forms
Skills/Experience
- Office experience in either an admin or customer support role
- Fluent German and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Superb attention to detail
- Can do attitude
- Able to multitask
