Our client, an exciting and innovative company based in Beaconsfield, is looking for a fluent German speaker to join their team and be part of their growing organisation. Clients include Google, Starbucks and Tiktok! Due to huge growth, they're looking to recruit a bright, customer focused candidate who can help them manage day to day customer service and admin activities.

This is a full time role - Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm however our client will also consider a 3 day working week.

Full training given.

Duties include

  • Supporting European account managers
  • Handling German and Swiss phone calls and web chats
  • Booking travel
  • Document management
  • Updating the CRM system
  • Sending out Trustpilot review requests
  • Completing booking forms

Skills/Experience

  • Office experience in either an admin or customer support role
  • Fluent German and English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Can do attitude
  • Able to multitask
