As a Service Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting service operations for highly technical packaging machinery. Role Responsibilities:

Provide expert technical support to customers and field engineers across the UK and globally

Diagnose and troubleshoot faults on packaging machines (both mechanical and control system-based)

Maintain technical documentation and support training activities for customers and internal teams

Required Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills in a technical/mechanical engineering setting

Good understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems

Experience with PLCs (especially Allen-Bradley)

Exposure to servo drives and motion control systems

Technical report writing and documentation
Experience:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical support or field engineering role

Experience within the packaging, automation, or machinery industry preferred
