Role Summary -We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Neighbourhood Response Officer to ensure our neighbourhoods remain clean, safe, and desirable places to live. The role involves working collaboratively with various teams, resident groups, and external partners to deliver neighbourhood improvements, address anti-social behaviour (ASB), and support vulnerable residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offers.
  • Carry out estate inspections and prioritise fire safety risk assessments.
  • Engage with local resident groups to promote community development and events.
  • Collaborate with local partners on neighbourhood safety and ASB matters.
  • Address tenancy breaches, support vulnerable residents, and assist with tenancy sustainment.
  • Attend court proceedings, provide witness statements, and conduct evictions if required.
  • Undertake property condition checks and assist with major incidents or tenant decants.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service and working with external partners.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to various audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop effective relationships with teams and external agencies.
  • Resilience and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
