**What You Will Do:**

- Conduct daily factory walks with managers to ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards.

- Complete online verifications and internal audits to ensure adherence to critical control points and food standards.

- Collaborate with the hygiene team to maintain food-safe standards in cleaning processes.

- Conduct comprehensive product checks, including Organoleptic testing and daily taste panels.

- Investigate and manage any product hold or contamination issues, ensuring effective communication across departments.

- Conduct site audits, equipment checks, and maintain HACCP and CCP within the site.

**What You Will Bring:**

- Proven experience in a similar role within the food industry.

- Level 2 or 3 HACCP qualification/certification and internal auditing qualification/certification.

- Knowledge of BRC, ISO, Organic, and major retailer standards is desirable.

- Excellent prioritisation, time management, and communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Flexibility in working hours and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
