Internal Sales Executive – £12.30/hr + Commissions

Job Overview:

Are you a sales superstar ready to hit targets and earn commissions? We’re looking for someone to own their geographical area, building strong relationships with customers, and making sales happen! You'll be processing orders and keeping everything running smoothly, with plenty of opportunities to upsell, chase new leads, and hit those targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Smash sales and margin targets in your area.

- Maintain top-notch customer relationships through phone, email, and even fax (yes, fax is still alive!).

- Ensure orders are processed on time for next-day delivery.

- Keep customers updated on everything from offers to stock issues.

- Accurately maintain customer records.

- Dive into data (Phocas will be your new best friend) to analyse spending and margins.

- Great communicator– whether it's negotiating or keeping customers in the loop.

- Team player – share the load, support your colleagues, and keep things moving smoothly.
