Internal Sales Job Overview
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase consumable sales
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided
  • Maintain accuracy in all paperwork and strictly follow procedures related to hire and sales contracts, purchase orders, stock transfers, and asset management
  • Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure the availability of equipment for hire
  • Schedule and manage driver logistics to ensure timely and efficient equipment deliveries and collections
  • Meet all reporting deadlines and ensure timely submission of required information
  • Adhere to company Health & Safety policies, promoting safe working practices at all times
Internal Sales Job Requirements
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy office environment as part of a team.
  • Comfortable handling customer interactions and sales-related tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage paperwork and coordinate with the Sales Manager.
  • Willingness to learn, with training provided-industry experience is not essential.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic work setting.
Internal Sales Salary & Benefits
  • £24,000-£26,000 salary dependant on experience
  • Shift pattern of either 07:30-16:00 or 08:30-17:00
