I am looking for a Customer Service exec to join a friendly and talented team taking overall responsibility for customer service for a manufacturing business in Bedford.

What will you be doing in the Customer Service Exec role?

  • Taking customer enquiries
  • Loading customer orders
  • Updating customers
  • Working with internal Sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Working with Logistics to ensure delivery dates are met
  • Overall responsibility for updating the Sales order book.
  • Link up with USA team to ensure their orders are loaded
  • Deal with customer queries
