A busy business within the Plant and Equipment for Sale / Hire sector are looking to recruit a Customer Service and Sales Co-ordinator along with a Customer Service and Sales Controller for their office in the Bedford area. If you are comfortable in customer service and sales situations and can co-ordinate and work alongside a sales team, then this may be the ideal opportunity for you.


These are full time, office-based roles and the hours of work will be between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Due to the location, you will require a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.


Key Responsibilities:
* Deal with telephone, email and face to face enquiries; orders from customers and provide accurate information as required
* Ensure accuracy of all paperwork and that procedures for hire and sales contracts, purchase orders, stock transfers, asset administration, are adhered to.
* Liaise with the warehouse to ensure equipment required for hire is available Provide a prompt and efficient service to customers both internal and external.
* Co-ordinate Drivers to ensure equipment is delivered and collected from customers on time and efficiently.
* Maximise all revenue opportunities


Key Skills/Experience:
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* The ability to work within a busy and reactive environment
* A team player with the ability to communicate across all levels
* Sound IT knowledge including MS Office programmes
