Hays is working with a leading membership organisation within a dynamic industry, dedicated to supporting its members in running successful and profitable businesses. They are looking for a proactive administrator to support the team on a part-time basis.
Your new role
As a Part-Time company Administrator, you will provide executive support to the Board and Chief Executive.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings
  • Managing travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Preparing and distributing documentation
  • Taking minutes, maintaining records, and supporting expense claims.
  • You will also provide comprehensive administrative support, manage correspondence, and assist with event organisation and member communications.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous administrative or secretarial experience
  • Experience supporting senior executives and board members
  • Strong budgeting and cost control abilities
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with database management
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
