Salary: Circa £25,000 Job Location: Bedford Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm Responsibilities of the Administrator
- Liaise with customers/freight forwarders.
- Act as initial point of contact.
- Reception duties including answering and screening calls.
- Raise and send VGM's and export documentation.
- Update customers on shipment dates for their orders.
- Plan new containers on export schedule.
- Sales Orders processing.
- Drive between sites to cover as necessary.
Requirements for a successful Administrator
- Minimum 2 years experience within a busy office environment.
- Customer focussed.
- Full driving licence and own transport.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and Office 365.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail.
