Triage Engineer - 0913 - £27.94/hr PAYE

This role offers not just a job, but a career filled with inspiration, challenge, and the chance to work on projects that push the boundaries of technology.What You Will Do:• Lead Quality investigations for the connected car engineering team.• Provide technical support for cloud-based issue analysis, utilising analytical tools to identify trends and triage concerns.• Enhance and utilise MS Azure OMS Queries for debugging and triaging concerns.• Extract logs from the cloud and coordinate with the supplier to address and fix concerns.• Generate reports and share findings with team members both locally and globally.• Work cross-functionally with project quality, management, and engineering teams to ensure early response and transparency to concerns.What You Will Bring:• Experience in automotive electrical and electronic development, particularly in vehicle body electronics, navigation, or telematics systems.• Understanding of the electrical architecture of modern vehicle electronics and experience in fault finding.• Knowledge of Connected car system onboard (in-vehicle) & offboard (cloud) side, including network communications and cloud systems.• Proficiency in ticket management tools and practical experience in problem-solving tools and techniques. • Bachelor of Engineering degree (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the cutting-edge developments in the automotive industry, ensuring the highest quality of connected car systems.
