We are recruiting for an Account Manager with one of our clients in Bedford. This individual will be the primary client contact, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring seamless service delivery. This role requires excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm -On-site

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client relationships to drive retention and business growth.
  • Ensure service delivery meets client expectations and financial targets.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal departments (Operations, Customer Service, Finance).
  • Maintain up-to-date client records, including contracts, KPIs, and performance reports.
  • Conduct regular client and internal review meetings to address issues and identify improvements.
  • Oversee client projects, escalations, and reporting requirements.
  • Assist in pricing proposals and on-boarding new clients.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and internal collaboration.
  • Provide backup coverage for colleagues when necessary.

The Account Manager will be supported by senior management, internal departments, and customer service support teams as needed.
