A brilliant opportunity for a qualified Solicitor to join a flexible, ambitious business who specialise in support to professionals in the Healthcare industry, a unique role for a qualified solicitor with an ambition to gain experience and knowledge in Employment law. You will be set in an experienced legal team where you will gain the opportunity to specialise with the Employment law.

Our client is at the forefront of flexibility and trust, they offer a highly sought after 4 days working from home structure with 1 day required in their Bedfordshire based office.

What your day will look like?

  • Providing broad range of expert legal advice on employment law to healthcare professional including regulatory matters, clinical negligence and inquests.
  • Preparation of documentation, responses to tribunals, bundles, witness statements and reports.
  • Caseload management and collaboration with team members.
  • Tribunal claim management.
  • Advice on changes to terms and conditions and in relation to terms and conditions.
  • Dealing with a variety of employment law matters including disciplinaries, grievances, whistleblowing etc.
  • Draft and prepare documents where needed.
  • Ensure correct compliance and advice for members.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with some level of experience employment law is not essential, experience of claimant work, proven track record of providing legal advice, and enjoy working closely in a team.

Salary: up to £40,000

Hybrid (4 days from home 1 based in Bedford office)

Monday - Friday 9 - 5pm (Flexibility)
