Our client is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join their team in Bedford. If you have a knack for planning and prioritising workloads while motivating a team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily team activities, ensuring smooth operations.
Plan workloads, set KPIs, and monitor team performance.
Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with warehouse processes.
Train and support team members, promoting continuous improvement.
Oversee goods receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch.

Requirements:

Leadership experience and strong organisational skills.
Excellent communication, numeracy, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and MS Office (Excel/Word).
Awareness of warehouse health and safety standards.
Physically fit to lift cartons up to 15kg.
A valid forklift license for Flexi and/or Reach trucks.
