Team Leader - Licensing Team - Hybrid - Immediate start

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Team Leader to manage a dynamic Licensing Team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home while requiring at least two days a week in the office. You will lead a team of six skilled professionals, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of licensing services.

In this role, you will supervise the team's daily operations, allocate workloads, and guide team members to meet performance targets. You'll ensure compliance with licensing regulations for premises, vehicles, and individuals while preparing reports, conducting investigations, and representing the team in sub-committee meetings and court proceedings.
