Salary Range: 23,000 - 24,000 per annum

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.30

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about the development and progression of others and your duties would include.

  • Student Assistance: Act as the first point of contact for student inquiries, offering guidance on course materials, enrolment, and general support
  • Administrative Support: Manage student records, course registrations, and provide assistance with documentation and certifications
  • Customer Service: Respond to student queries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Problem Resolution: Address student concerns effectively, ensuring any issues are resolved efficiently or escalated when required
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Student Services team, trainers, and other departments to provide a seamless student experience
  • Student Engagement: Contribute to student retention and satisfaction by offering proactive support and encouragement

Required skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational and administrative abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in a student support, customer service, or administrative role (preferred but not essential)
