Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging mathematics lessons that cater to a variety of learning styles.
- Monitor and support student progress through regular assessments and feedback.
- Provide a positive learning environment where students feel motivated and confident in their abilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the department’s growth.
- Participate in extracurricular activities to further enrich the students’ experience.
- Uphold the school's values, maintaining high standards of behaviour and discipline.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- A strong degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching mathematics at Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS3 & KS4).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students at all levels.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
- Passion for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
