The Graduate Finance & Accounting Analyst will play a key role within the finance team, supporting financial operations, analysis, and reporting activities. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven individual who excels at working with data, financial models, and enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Data Analysis: Perform financial analysis to support strategic decisions and investment planning.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Contribute to the development of budgets and forecasts, providing detailed variance analysis.
• Excel-Based Financial Modeling: Use advanced Excel functions (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling techniques) to analyze data and build financial models.
• Compliance & Reconciliation: Support month-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and maintaining compliance with internal controls.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to collect and verify financial data, and provide insights that drive business decisions.
• Ad-Hoc Financial Projects: Participate in ad-hoc financial projects, including cost optimization initiatives, investment analysis, and process improvements.

• Education: A strong academic record with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline from a top-tier university.
• Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate large datasets and build complex financial models.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and draw meaningful insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
