- Lead and oversee the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making across multiple business units and geographic regions.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive cost-efficiency initiatives and support profitability goals.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure processes to ensure healthy financial liquidity.
- Lead the implementation of financial controls, compliance, and risk management initiatives in a dynamic, matrix environment.
- Support and guide the finance team through operational improvements and process optimisation during the transition period.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to navigate complex interdependencies between business units and corporate functions.
- Engage in M&A activities, if necessary, including financial due diligence and integration support.
- Proven track record as a Finance Director or senior financial leader, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive experience working in a matrix organisation with complex reporting structures.
- Strong understanding of financial management, cost control, and profitability analysis in manufacturing operations.
- Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and budget management across multiple business units.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead change in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach to cross-functional engagement.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and develop finance teams.
